What's fair?

In the best-selling book, “Now, Discover Your Strengths,” the authors say we should focus on the positive. The book says “from the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths” and suggests that we work instead on harnessing the power of our natural talents and abilities.
